Mobitez (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of sellers, brands, and third parties, and expects all users (“Seller”, “you”, “your”) to comply with applicable laws and this Policy.
By using the platform, you agree to abide by this Policy.
For the purpose of this Policy, Intellectual Property (“IP”) includes:
• Trademarks (logos, brand names)
• Copyrights (images, text, graphics)
• Patents and designs
• Trade secrets
• Software and system architecture
All intellectual property related to Mobitez is owned by Mobitez or its licensors.
This includes:
• Website design and interface
• Seller dashboard and software systems
• CRM, ERP, and accounting tools
• Logos, branding, and trademarks
• Content, layout, and structure
Sellers are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use Mobitez IP without prior written permission.
Sellers retain ownership of the content they upload, including:
• Product images
• Product descriptions
• Brand elements
However, by listing content on the platform, sellers grant Mobitez a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
• Display products on the platform
• Use content for marketing and promotion
• Modify content for formatting and display
Sellers must ensure that:
• They have full rights to use uploaded content
• Content does not infringe third-party IP rights
• All trademarks used are authorized
Sellers are solely responsible for any IP violations.
Sellers must not:
• Upload copyrighted images without permission
• Use fake or unauthorized brand names
• Sell counterfeit or replica products
• Copy product listings from other sellers
• Misuse trademarks or logos
Violation may result in strict action.
Mobitez strictly prohibits:
• Sale of counterfeit products
• Unauthorized use of brand names
• Duplicate or copied listings
If such activities are detected:
• Listings may be removed
• Seller account may be suspended
• Legal action may be taken
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint.

• Proof of ownership
• Details of infringement
• Product or listing URL
Mobitez will review and take appropriate action.
Upon receiving a valid complaint, Mobitez may:
• Remove or disable access to content
• Notify the seller
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Take legal steps if required
Mobitez reserves the right to act without prior notice.
Sellers who repeatedly violate IP rights may face:
• Permanent account suspension
• Ban from platform
• Legal proceedings
Sellers must respect IP rights of:
• Brands
• Manufacturers
• Other sellers
• Content creators
Mobitez is not responsible for third-party claims arising from seller actions.
Sellers are not allowed to:
• Use Mobitez logo without permission
• Represent themselves as Mobitez
• Mislead customers regarding association
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Mobitez platform software is protected by intellectual property laws.
Sellers must not:
• Reverse engineer the system
• Copy or replicate software
• Attempt to access source code
• Build competing systems using Mobitez infrastructure
Mobitez shall not be liable for:
• IP violations by sellers
• Third-party claims against sellers
• Losses due to infringement disputes
Responsibility lies solely with the seller.
Sellers agree to indemnify Mobitez against:
• IP infringement claims
• Legal disputes
• Damages arising from misuse
Mobitez reserves the right to update this Policy.
Changes may be made due to:
• Legal requirements
• Platform improvements
• Industry standards
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
