Sellers must:

Mobitez may:
• Monitor listings using automated systems
• Review suspicious products
• Investigate seller activity
If a seller violates this Policy:
• Immediate removal of listings
• Account suspension or termination
• Blocking of future access
• Reporting to authorities (if required)
Repeated violations may lead to:
• Permanent ban
• Legal action
• Financial penalties
Users or sellers can report violations.

Mobitez will review and take action.
Mobitez shall not be responsible for:
• Seller-listed prohibited products
• Legal consequences arising from seller actions
