Mobitez is not responsible for incorrect data entered by sellers.


5. Account Usage and Security

Sellers must:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use strong passwords
• Avoid sharing account access
• Report suspicious activity immediately

Any activity under the seller account is considered the seller’s responsibility.


6. Data Usage and Privacy

Sellers must:

• Use customer data only for order fulfillment
• Not store or misuse sensitive information
• Comply with data protection laws

Mobitez may monitor usage for compliance and security.


7. Fair Usage Policy

To maintain platform stability:

• Excessive or abusive usage may be restricted
• Automated scripts or bots are not allowed

All content uploaded by sellers must:

• Be accurate and truthful
• Not violate intellectual property rights
• Not include offensive or inappropriate material
