Mobitez (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a marketplace where sellers can showcase and sell their products. To maintain quality, trust, and compliance, all listings must adhere to this Policy.

By listing products on Mobitez, you agree to comply with this Policy.

The purpose of this Policy is to:

2. General Listing Requirements

4. Product Categorization

Sellers must:

• Avoid misclassification

Incorrect categorization may reduce visibility or lead to removal.


5. Prohibited Listings

Sellers must not list:

• Illegal or restricted products
• Counterfeit or fake items
• Stolen goods
• Products violating intellectual property
• Adult, harmful, or unsafe products (as per law)

Such listings will be removed immediately.


6. Duplicate Listings

Sellers must not:

• Create duplicate listings for the same product
• Copy other seller listings
• Manipulate search results

Duplicate listings may be removed or merged.


7. Brand and Trademark Usage

Sellers must:

• Use only authorized brand names
• Not misuse trademarks or logos
• Not impersonate brands

Violation may lead to legal action.


8. Product Condition

Sellers must clearly mention:

• New / Refurbished / Used
• Any defects or issues
• Warranty details (if applicable)

Misrepresentation may lead to penalties.


9. Compliance with Laws

Sellers must ensure:

• Products comply with Indian laws
• Required certifications are available
• Regulated products meet legal requirements

Mobitez may request proof of compliance.


10. Listing Review and Approval

Mobitez may:

• Review listings before publishing
• Remove or restrict non-compliant listings
• Request additional information

Approval is not guaranteed.


11. Listing Removal

Mobitez may remove listings if:

• Policy violations are detected
• Customer complaints are received
• Legal issues arise

Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.


12. SEO and Keyword Usage

Sellers must:

• Use relevant keywords
• Avoid keyword stuffing
• Not include competitor brand names

Misuse may reduce ranking or visibility.


13. Updates and Modifications

Sellers may update listings, but must ensure:

• Continued compliance with policy
• Accuracy of updated information


14. Penalties for Violations

Violations may result in:

• Listing removal
• Visibility reduction
• Account warnings
• Suspension or termination


15. Seller Accountability

Sellers are fully responsible for:

Mobitez is not responsible for seller-listed products.

Mobitez allows product management via ERP tools.

Sellers must ensure:

• Data sync is accurate
• Inventory updates are real-time
• No manipulation of system data

• Avoid confusion or misleading content
